Are you licensed?

Yes we are licensed real estate agents and we are insured.
Can I reach you after hours?

Yes we have to maintain availability 24/7 in the event that any emergency arises.
Can you put the money directly into my account?

Yes, your monthly rental proceeds can be deposited directly to your account via ACH.
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

Yes, we use the standard FL law lease. You can review it and sign electronically.
Do you sell real estate too?

Yes, we sell residential, commercial and investment real estate. We re licensed in FL and TN.
How and when do I get my checks?

We direct deposit into your bank account via ACH.
How is rent collection handled?

We collect rents on the first of every month.
How long of a lease do you sign?

We generally do sign a 1 year. In the event the tenant wants to commit longer we will discuss.
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

The equivalent amount as rent.
How soon can you start managing my property?

Immediately.
What type of properties do you manage?

Annual rentals, Short Term rentals, Mid-term rentals, Commercial rentals.
What type of reports do I get and how often?

We have owner statements available every month.
Who holds the tenant security deposit?

The landlord.
