Can I reach you after hours?
Yes we have to maintain availability 24/7 in the event that any emergency arises. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, your monthly rental proceeds can be deposited directly to your account via ACH. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes, we use the standard FL law lease. You can review it and sign electronically. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, we sell residential, commercial and investment real estate. We re licensed in FL and TN. -
How and when do I get my checks?
We direct deposit into your bank account via ACH. -
How is rent collection handled?
We collect rents on the first of every month. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
We generally do sign a 1 year. In the event the tenant wants to commit longer we will discuss. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
The equivalent amount as rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
